Lundgren Rutland

Stop wasting your time with other dealerships and go here immediately. I have bought many cars throughout my life, and I have never experienced such a pleasant, hassle free, kind environment or humane sales team as I did at Lundgren. There was no need to be “on guard” as per usual when purchasing a used car and we felt totally taken care of from the moment we stepped onto the lot. We appreciated being given the time and space we needed to make a decision without any pressure to the point of being allowed to do a pre purchase inspection with our personal mechanic. We felt our sales associate Kelsey (who we absolutely recommend) listened to our needs and gave us the best options FOR US without aggressively pushing something that we didn’t ask for. Chelsea who handled financing was also incredible in getting us a loan that that was far better than what we were able to find on our own. There is an obvious difference between this dealership and all others in regards to the way that they handle potential clients and do business. All of their cars are well cared for, in much better condition and priced better than we saw at any other competitor. We know will only be purchasing from

I bought a used pickup from here. After driving less than 300 miles, the engine light came on. I called Lundgren and was immediately told that Vermont has no lemon law, and if I wanted to bring it in and have them check it, they wouldn't cover the repair for a sensor, just the power train, if that was the issue. It's a long drive to Rutland, so I had it checked at Autozone, and the light went away, came back later, and has been gone for a while now - so no idea what the issue is. Also, a rear tire was low on air when I took ownership. At the time they said that they probably hadn't filled it up enough. But it turned out that there's a slow leak in the tire. They just said, oh, and I can bring it to them to check. Again, I'm not travelling to Rutland for that. I went to remove the tire to try to fix the leak. In over 30 years of working on cars/trucks, this is the first time that I haven't been able to remove a tire. They had the nuts cranked so tight, that the nut covers stripped when I tried to remove them with the tire iron and a pipe extension, and I couldn't remove two of them. I haven't bothered calling them - they will continue to not care. I wouldn't recommend L

I bought a 2020 vw jetta for my daughter, the car was listed for 12,700. I put 5,000 down, payments were $251 a month but I got a 3yr warranty for extra $38 a month. It was verbally agreed a 4yr loan Salesman lied it is a 5yr loan im going to be paying 17,395.80 in total at end. The car had 123,000 miles already on it. I wish I could get out of it. Don't buy from them I got lied to. They lost a reliable customer I bout my 2018 vw tiguan for 16,000 almost 2 years ago that only had 85,000 miles.
